Have you read my reply I sent yesterday about the 10 metres Jonathan made for 
his walk???  Have you got the answer after I gave you the formula?

As for the tech support, yes, some of the staff are located at their homes even 
in other states.  For example, I know two hearing/blind men who formerly worked 
for tech support still live in Michigan!  So, you got it right.  I already told 
Lisa privately about them.  In addition, I almost never ring that tech support 
due to their big lack of communication, so I let PDI learn a hard way later.
