I'll check the system disk, but like I said, the flash disk has about 6 megs free.

It sounds as if you don't have enough free space on the flash disk and that might be keeping the planner from opening. And you might ry looking at the keysoft system disk to see if anything was put thhere that doesn't belong there. Good luck with that. I do not know if this means that tech support is closed as well, but I left a message on their voice mail system. Anyways, I thought I'd come to this list for help. I have a Braille note 32 with keysoft 5.1 build 19. The planner was working beautifully until this past weekend. Now, when I access the planner application from the main menu and select open, it shows the current day in the calendar just fine. However, when I press enter to open the planner, I get a message which says "cannot start the planner and the alarm system, press reset. if the problem persists reinstall this version of keysoft." I am then returned to the main menu. I've tried resetting with dots 456 held down, with 123 held down, and by simply pressing reset with no success. I've even tried reinstalling keysoft 5.1 with no luck. The flash disk has roughly 6 megs of free space available. Has anyone seen this problem before? Can anyone think of what I can do to get this planner back? This Braille note actually belongs to my girlfriend and she has some important appointments that she needs to access for her job.
