Hi I guess I should make this more clear. My ISP is road runner and the
last time I asked them abojut it they said they do not offer dial up. I
mean I would like to be able to receive my mail on the bn burt I do not have
an extera phone line to use. Is it possible to have pcmcia card with a
built in modem? I would like to be able to use my bn out side on my bn out
side on nice days. I hope to make this more clear.

Matthew

Matthew,

You need to contact your Internet Service Provider to find out if there
is a dial-up number for you to use. What service provider are you using?
A modem will not work without a phone line. Why would you want to
purchase an external modem? The Braille Note has a modem built-in.
