German Baking Powder Dumplings - Backpulver Klopsse

Yield: 8 dumplings

1 c All-purpose Flour
1 tb Butter
1 tb Baking powder
1/ 2 ts Salt
1/2 c Milk
2 ts Fresh parsley chopped
1 ea Egg

Mix until it holds it's shape but is not so firm that it starts to
resemble bread dough.
Add a touch more flour then aan egg that gives it more sponginess.
Know that the more you mix dumplings firmer they will be.
Dumplings will be lighter, fluffier & softer if you stir less.
Now top your soup or stew with dumplings then cover & steam.
