I was an electronics technician in the Navy about 36 years ago. Those links 
you posted look like something off a space ship.
 
OK, just kidding. (about the space ship) But seriously, I don't mess with 
this kind of stuff enough to put any real money into high-tech electronic 
repair equipment. Just my $8 soldering gun and a 20 year old oscilliscope. 
Which surprisingly, doesn't come in very handy...
