That is what Rob was doing, and I was getting around to. The change
proposed, in case you missed it, is to let the list know when someone is
banned for "political" reasons (i.e., people don't like what they are
writing).

Drivel is in the eye of the beholder. As for your question, I guess he
is afraid that he would be kicked off again. And I can't blame him,
considering the way he was treated previously.
