The particular picture in question really didn't do anything for me.  I
could probably come up with 100 other outfit/pose combinations that
would be a much more attractive way of presenting a pregnant woman.  It
wouldn't have done anything for me without the belly, either. 
(Something about underthings and high heels just doesn't cut it for me.)

I liked the picture that was up there a year ago.  *That* was a cool
photo that did a better job of showing off the bra, IMO.  (It might have
not done quite as well on showing off the underwear, though.)

p.s. you can do all kinds of neat things photographically with a nice
round belly, and I think there may be a few photos around here to prove
it
