I agree that there is a problem.
I agree that this decision was in violation of the Constitution.
This is not the first time that there have been violations of the
Constitution in wartime, but I don't think that we're in such dire
straits as might justify suspending parts of the Bill of Rights.
I'm hoping that the Supreme Court hears this case and overturns the
ruling.
There have been a number of things happening lately that have disturbed
me; if I get it all sorted out well enough to draft something coherent
on it in the next couple of weeks, I will.
