This _is_ an exaggeration. My wife knew one of them:
she was iraqian, jew, brazilian, and an excellent
pediatrician. Now she's a belly dancer, because it
pays much more than medicine :-(
Her family flew Iraq when the persecution against
Jews became intolerable.
