Once you've reached maturity, there's a limit as to how much pressure a hat
can put on your *brain*. It can lead, however, to headaches. If you're
observant enough to notice that the headache happen in conjunction with
wearing the hat, the solution is to stop wearing the hat and find something
else to fulfill the same function the hat was serving, such as a slightly
bigger hat.

There are plenty of other things that could cause headaches, as well; bad
posture at a less-than-ideal computer setup could do a real number on a
person, between eyestrain and neck tension from holding one's head in a
non-ergonomically-sound position for too long.
