I think it's impossible. Take the most powerful ship, and it

It's not "impossible". It is difficult and only accurate in relation to one's conjectures, but impossible is too strong a word. Also if the Gay Deceiver has that ability, it simply must be excluded. It's a matter self moderation really, similar to this list.
