To be honest John, this is one of those discussions where you give the appearance of being a "run with the pack" kind of guy. I don't mean to be insulting, but you seem to be on a "dittohead" heading lately. For me, this is the most frivolous waste of time and tax money I can recall. I don't really care all that much how others want to live their lives when it effects me not in the least. Every Gay and Lesbian in the world could get "Married", and my wife and I would not be a bit less married for it.
