Do you even know how to read? I wrote that the budget has been in almost
continuous deficit for the last 30 years. You say that I am wrong
because there were 4 years of surpuluses out of 30? Do you really think
that 4 out of 30 shows that the government has been saving significantly
over the last 30 years? Do you have any clue what the sum of the budget
deficits for the last 30 years were? If you can't read, maybe you know
how to add? (or in this case, subtract) Do you see net government
savings in the past 30 years?
