OK.

Are there any changes planned for the role of the Director of Competitions
and the U8C?  What about mixed, indoors, womens (etc) organisers?

I ask because although a huge amount of work goes into organising all these
events, only the Tour is backed up by a decision making/helping group
(correct me if I am wrong).
