Again this is really going to be something for the new board to sort out. My proposal
isn't a panacea - its just about getting the backbone of the organisation right.
Having talked with various BUF people I conclude that we need a more general
Competitions Committee which takes a more co-ordinated approach to all events
(especially diary planning) and has representatives from all the divisions and age
groups.
