I was Women's Ultimate coordinator for two years, and it has been very satisfying seeing the women's scene develop. Get ready for even more amazing things from the new Women's Committee!! While I never started playing as a junior, I have had the pleasure of meeting many people who have come through the system and several more who have stated that they would like to see it developed further. This weekend at the UKUA Conference, I’m hoping to take part in the Junior Ultimate discussions to help create a plan for developing & supporting Junior ultimate. However, for such a project to take off we will need as much support from everyone in the Ultimate community who has the time to help.
