I don't get it.

32 teams, 16 pitches, straight knockout. 3 games on Saturday, 2 games on
Sunday. 

If there are only 29 teams then the top 3 teams get a bye in the first game.
If two more drop out 5 teams get a bye.

Where's the complication?

Any chance we can at least get an earliest possible start time for the 1st
game so that we can plan our journeys?
