The problem, I think, is if teams drop out, they then shift the seedings of
teams below them.  I.e.You are the 28 seed, schedulled to play the 5v28  at
10:00 am.  But the 22 seed drops out.  Now you are 27 seed, and the 6 v 27
game was set for 9 am (because top 5 teams were give a late start)....
thats how it screws things up...

Still - a captains meeting time, and a 1st game time (regardless of if you
are in it or not) would be something... anyone?
