Well whoot de doot!
Surely any team wanting to enter A tour would have had to qualify at Tour 0,
otherwise you are saying that any non UK team that fancies can just waltz in
to the A Tour. Would we be able to do the same in France or Germany? (Or
Austria for that matter). Don't get me wrong, I enjoy playing against
'foreign' teams, played against 2 at Discophilia Open recently, but this
isn't really on.
