There's no point arguing about it, it's in black and white. On the other hand, if we wanted to change this rule for next season, that might be a more fruitful discussion. As mentioned by someone already, with the advent of EUCS and such, there mightn't be any need for foreign teams to come over and give our top teams more competition/experience/variety.
