Hi all,
Since I've updated my ubuntu 10.4 I have the following problem:
When I start my computer brltty is started but there are only strange
dots on my braille display.
In the syslog viewer I found a couple of errors related to brltty:
Feb 2 17:11:39 mari-laptop brltty[1930]: USB configuration set error
16: Device or resource busy.
Feb 2 17:11:39 mari-laptop kernel: [ 131.094871] usb 6-2: usbfs:
interface 0 claimed by ftdi_sio while 'brltty' sets config #1
Feb 2 17:11:39 mari-laptop brltty[1930]: USB interface in use: 0 (ftdi_sio)
When I unplug my braille display and write:
killall brltty
and plug it in again and start brltty all works fine.
braille display = braillex els 40 (Papenmeier)
brltty 4.1
brlapi 0.5.4
Do you have an idea what the problem is and how to tackle it?
