(Haber at det er i orden at fortsatte pa dansk...)

Jeg har last flere steder pa nettet at der SKAL lidt
sukker i vand for at fa ordenligt udbytte af humlen.

Det har noget med at gore at olierne i humle ikke oploses
i rent vand, men skal have et eller andet at "binde sig til"

Jeg fandt det under sogning pa "primitive" (Las uden andre instrumenter
end tungen, som ikke er spor primitiv) metoder til at bedomme
hjemmeavlet
humles bitterheds procent.


Men det er vist rigtigt at en HOJ sukkerkoncentration forringer
humleudbyttet

I seem to recall (must have read somewhere) that the sugar concentration
in the wort should reduce the hop extraction, so that boiling in plain
water ought to give a bit more bitterness. Also, some old Danish
receipies mention boiling the hops in water... But no, I do not have any
hard facts at hand.
