Somehow I suspect that a "alm. spektrofotometer" is something most of us
have never heard of.

Anyway, there is something fundamentally wrong in the whole idea of
expressing the colour of beer with just one number. Color is a
multi-dimensional thing, almost by definition. And I am sure various
different authorities have defined various different ways to produce
"EBC" numbers. Probably most of them tend to agree with the usual
sortiment of beers, but I bet all of them go wrong with a good Kriek, or
a (syntheticlly dyed) St. Patrick's Ale...
