That sounds pretty natural to me. There are still things happening in the brew, even if it doesn't bubble very much. You can let it stand another week or three, but if you are impatient, you can start to measure the FG. If that is stable over a few days, and somewhere near the target for that style, then you can go ahead and bottle it.
