No, that is not good.

What exacly do you mean is not happening. Is it just the air lock that
doesn't bubble? Did it build up some foam? If yes, then the fermentation
got going all right. How did it look like the next morning? Any sign of
foam on top of it? Other things growing/moving in the bottle?

Well, you could always drop another pack of dry yeast in it, just in
case you killed the first one with a too high temperature or something
else. 

How does the brew look like? Does it give interesting smells? Have you
taken a sample and checked has been happening with the gravity? Tasted
that sample? Still sweet? Getting sour? 

What yeast did you use, anyway? And what was your OG?
