I wouldn't want that to be a separate certification. I don't think it would make sense anyway. Perhaps an optional extension module? Say you'd have an option to take:
a) the core BSD security certification exam
or
b) the core BSD security certification exam with the BSD security 'migration' extension(s).
Migration good practives is an excellent though. But if we make it optional we may have two/more different person passed the same cert but with different skills tested. This may lead to a problem. I am also not sure if migration would be needed in *all* cert levels (specially because we need to decide how many levels/certs will be), but researching might point us, for example, that Level X curricula should cover 5% while Level Y should cover 9% on migration good practives. My personal idea is that this is more the way to do it.
