Exactly.
This is why BSDCert needs a manager, to understand the wishes of the majority and make quick, effective decisions based upon them.
Otherwise this whole thing will languish in the debate club. It's very different from code development.
BTW I am not nominating anyone here. I myself am definitely not available for the job.
My guess is that this could be a 20 hour per week job for someone with management experience.
