I agree. Unfortunately, though, most companies have now eyed Linux as
the flavor of choice (assuming Sun goes the way of the Dodo). I'm a
huge proponent of BSD and have been a long time Administrator of
various networks where BSD was involved. Unfortunately, Corporate
education about BSD is not as prevelant as Linux, therefore I think
the Certification process should be two fold. There should probably be
some sort of public awareness campaign to coincide with the value of
having a BSD certified employee on staff.
