  committee
n 1: a special group delegated to consider some matter; "a
committee is a group that keeps minutes and loses hours"
            - Milton Berle [syn: {commission}]
       2: a self-constituted organization to promote something [syn: {citizens
          committee}]

I was advocating the community approach not the committee approach.
The current approach was a committee in the second sense, which was
in my opinion pretty OK up the point of testing the survey,
at which point i would have appreciated involving the community.

Too early involvement of the community might neither be the best thing.

But actually i'm not intereted in disussing the pros and cons of each
approach but only in which will be used in the future.
