  ??? All you need to do is move the drive at which Windows resides
(in your case, the third drive) to the first just physically or
virtually by the command "map". That's necessary because Windows
wouldn't work if its boot drive is not the first. That's due to
neither GRUB nor your BIOS. The criminal is Windows. Please don't
misunderstand that.

  Therefore, you will have to run these commands to boot Windows:

root (hd2,0)
makeactive
chainloader (hd2,0)+1
# Windows will see as if the third drive is the first.
map (hd0) (hd2)
# If you want to use the first drive in Windows...
map (hd2) (hd0)
boot
