As always, I think the most important thing is to check the literature.
I'd look at the scores of Messiaen and Feldman to start, as they're likely
to have written-out clusters with many accidentals in extreme registers.
The music library is 40 minutes away from my place, so if someone has
closer access to works by these composers, please peruse them!
