I've just had a quick flick through Turangalîla-Symphonie and Quatuor pour la Fin du Temps. There are no cases where accidentals breach barlines (though in the former it's exceedingly rare for any clusters to be isolated from other instruments, so there's always some spacing constraints preventing really tight spacing.

The Quatuor has at least one example of really tight accidentals in the piano part on page 45 (Seventh movement, at rehearsal mark `I' and three bars before `J'), but they never hang over the barline - the left edge of the first accidental is very slightly to the right.
