Looks like a mawk bug. Do you have gawk? If you do, remove errno.h
and run `make AWK=gawk'
Thanks! I just installed gawk and everything seems fine, the compilation
passed that point. However I am not sure if it is a mawk bug or just a
gawk extension it doesn't support. Perhaps some testing with mawk should
be performed.
