No success unfortunately. The command that did run to generate the file is:
mawk -f ../../scripts/generr.awk ../../mailbox/errors errno.hin > errno.h
However after the build failure the file is still empty. I should also
report two warnings while running autogen.sh during after the cvs checkout:
$ ./autogen.sh
Copying file scripts/mkinstalldirs
