While checking into something else I noticed that the official archive copy of the GPLv2 [ https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html ] still refers to "51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA 02110-1301, USA". As I understand it this is still the correct postal address for the FSF, but the GPLv3 has dropped the postal address entirely, in favor of the URL <https://fsf.org/>. Should the GPLv2 be changed to match?
