Just for the record: Qtopia does display +CUSD messages, or did in the
past.

Attach patches to the bug tracker and set HasPatch. My GPRS connection
does not allow to go fishing for patches.

Using this page:
http://www-atm.physics.ox.ac.uk/user/iwi/charmap.html
I was able to correctly decode my received message
"00340035002E003200350020004500550052" = "45.25 EUR"
which is the content I expected. :)
Conclusion: it uses Unicode, but it is not a complete PDU - it has no meta
info.

Ok, after reading #1832 and #1226, I know that the received message is a
Unicode USSD.
So, when is TreviƱo's patch for "*xxx#" commands and USSD support going to
be integrated? :)
Obviously, it would also need to be checked for Unicode compatibility.

From my purchase (a week ago) my Neo is still unusable, in any distro I
see only a white screen, sometimes started well but after the suspend or
incoming call or incoming sms is a white screen again.

From what I've seen in this video, your problem seems to be slightly
different than the one discussed in this threed. We all experiencing wsod
only after resume from suspend.
Anyway I've never read about such a behavior. Try booting without SD card
and with a latest uBoot and kernel. If it not helps maybe it's a hardware
problem...
