[BVARC] Hurricane Harvey Rainfall

My final rainfall measurement for Hurricane Harvey is 23.51 inches 
over the 7 days we received rainfall.  I have a rain gauge that I 
acquired from the NWS when I lived in Tulsa and was a weather spotter 
for them.  My QTH is in Meyerland near the SW corner of the 610 
Loop.  Water was within inches of coming into our house.  We are 
within the 500-year flood plain.
