There are a few IDEs on LInux: Eclipse (with plugin), Anjuta, KDE
Develop, among others. While not at graphical as others, programmable
editors like emacs (and vim?) are essentially IDEs also --- you can
code, compile and debug right inside the environment, but there really
isn't any project management (other than make or similar build tools).
I use Eclipse and emacs on Linux myself.
