I was poking around in the module and see that there is a bit of code to
download order status from magento to erp but it was commented out with
a warning message.
# UPDATE ORDER STATUS FROM MAGENTO TO OPENERP IS UNSTABLE, AND NOT VERY
USEFULL. MAYBE IT WILL BE REFACTORED
#def oe_update(self,cr, uid, existing_rec_id, vals, data,
external_referential_id, defaults, context):
#order_line_ids =
self.pool.get('sale.order.line').search(cr,uid,[('order_id','=',
existing_rec_id)])
#self.pool.get('sale.order.line').unlink(cr, uid, order_line_ids)
#TODO update order status eventually (that would be easier if they were
linked by some foreign key...)
#self.oe_status(cr, uid, data, existing_rec_id, context)
#return super(magerp_osv.magerp_osv, self).oe_update(cr, uid,
existing_rec_id, vals, data, external_referential_id, defaults, context)
#def oe_status(self, cr, uid, data, order_id, context):
#wf_service = netsvc.LocalService("workflow")
#if data.get('status_history', False) and len(data['status_history']) >
0 and data['status_history'][0]['status'] == 'canceled':
# wf_service.trg_validate(uid, 'sale.order', order_id, 'cancel', cr)
#else:
# super(magerp_osv.magerp_osv, self).oe_status(cr, uid, order_id,
context)
I completely understand the reason to deny updates from things such as
stock and order information from magento in ERP but without a way to
batch process orders in ERP or at least have them imported as completed
or anything it creates huge workflow issues.

Status in Magento Open ERP Connector: Invalid
Bug description:
I'm using current stable (5.0.12) on an Amazon EC2 ubuntu 10.4 instance. I have
installed and configured the openerpconnect module ok and the corresponding
magento module.
In OpenERP, clicking on the referential actions in turn (1 - Import Customer
Groups through to 5 - Import Product Attributes) works fine but when I click on
6 - Import products I get the following error. We have approx 2000 products, is
this a timeout problem, or something else?
