I was the one who filed the bug and if from an accessibility
perspective it's deemed that it should be at the bottom, then so be
it.  :-)  That said, it looks very strange especially as this is the
first screen the user sees.

BTW, I did take a look at what it would take to fix this and it seems
DC assumes a bit too much about what sort of GRUB menu should be
present.  I can almost see always having a "text console" item but
others seem entirely optional for different types of extrusions.
Perhaps it makes sense for DC to not define any and require the
slim_cd.xml (or whatever) to define a complete set there?
