It is not a complete list. We want to have a minimum list so that system 
can come up and be useful after reboot. keyboard may need to be added.

Clearing out the configuration is the current sysid implementation. Our 
requirement is a way to change the configuration. The underlying 
implementation can have an explicit interface to clear out or just 
overwrite the existing configuration.
