Maybe, but I don't see that happening soon. It is dangerous for the user and it is dangerous for you guys. Extra variants will confuse users and waste your time. Once the brand is established you can start throwing new stuff at people. But even then I think you'll find people building their own custom distros if they need something other than the default CD. PS: File servers often operate offline. Email and web servers operate online. This is why the file server packages (Samba, NFS) need to be included on the LiveCD, but email/web servers do not.
