This one is common.

These 2 are specific to x86 media.

This one is specific to SPARC media.

So, I can see where there are some cases where ICT's are common and it 
is possible we need to have a Common Application Class to encapsulate 
these. We do have work scheduled to evaluate the ICT's we currently 
have, try to understand can be done via IPS or system 
configuration(eSMF) or other ways, what is common, what is media 
specific, etc... So, for now there is nothing in the architecture for 
this certainly we haven't forgotten. We just need to do a bit more research.
