Please, no offense, but from time to time some smart ass cames to this 
list, disrespectfully speaking hearsays from untrusted sources about IP 
law. These exchanges are nothing but really annoying noise.

Some developers have been working for a lifetime in this field, at 
industries that pay REAL patent/copyright lawyers to tell what is right 
or wrong, so I shut my mouth when they say where the intellectual 
properties minefields are. Trust me, this guys know their turf.
