RFC2833 is out of band, which should be good.  It's probably a volume  
issue on the PAP2T.  I am using mac based Callweaver with audiocodes  
hardware and have not seen any DTMF problems once levels and gains  
are properly set.

Sorry I don't have any experience with the PAP2T to suggest how to  
adjust.

Keep trying, you'll get it.
