This is a wrong notion. Americans deport only ILLEGAL Khmers? That's right. He/she either live in US illegallly, or committed some sort of crimes while being permanent residence. Americans don't just deport Khmers because they don't like them. I guarantee you that I will win. Don't try to think too hard. There are two reasons that they deport Cambodians back to Cambodia. One is that they live here illegally such as expired visa etc....
