When it comes to compassionate, it means that racism or favoritism exist. As you know already, the laws are laws that the people in this country have to obey. When people disobey those laws, they are punished if the government choose to enforce the law. In this case, the government takes the laws fully. They enforce it. By the way, those who have been deported are law breakers in this country. I don't know about you. I don't have any sympathy for them. Many people have come out with victimization by something. They can't accept their own responsibility. Unfortunately, they blamed it on Khmer Rouge, the enforcement of the laws of this land. They try to make themselves as victims. They are not. Purely they are criminals acccording the laws of this land.
