And who cares? No matter what you do, Cambodians are still fighting each other. They still can't agree for the sake of the Cambodian interest. Do you know why it's happening? It is because the fighting is in the Cambodian gene. They know how to fight including fighting their own people in their own country for their own rightiousness. They fight from overseas for their own rightiousness. Cambodia is Cambodia, not part France or USA. Cambodia is Cambodia. Only Cambodians can manage that country. As you have already seen, Cambodians kill each other all the time for power in atleast the last five decades. My friend, Your beloved Sihanouk is also a fighter. He would do anything for his power.
