They bribe and possible commit crime that make the local government out of control. 1/3 of illegal immigration from Vietnam had committed serous crime and come to Cambodia for a clean start of living. Soon after they arrive to Cambodia they had Vietnam community base inside Cambodia help them. This factor had clearly showed that that illegal immigration are very dangerous to Cambodia, and the number increasingly high will replace Cambodians with Vietnamese just the same result in South Vietnam. An illegal immigration status is a tool that communist bloc use to spy another country for both bad-good result. This tactic Khmer Empire gradually lost her land in Khmer history. In the history seems that the public show only king's confliction but hidden the fact that who behind all created by those new coming found Khmer land easy strict to fool... They come with culture of crime and created corrupt platform to transfer themselves for better life. They become educates in Khmer culture and melt into Cambodian society more easily in general. They held position in Cambodia government and corruption start from there. They can identify by family connection, group where their community support them behind. Their culture of bribe and corruption had harmed Khmer Empire so long, and this impunity transfer to Cambodia and impossible for Cambodia to escape the wage of war when they want to fight them. These illegal immigration soon found themselves auto-legal system by their community base in Cambodia support them behind. They will soon have the right ownership of every thing they earn in Cambodia, and push native Cambodia out the way through bribe and corruption, family, group, and their community leader appoint so secretly and un touch.
