I'am agreed hundred percent with you, but please don't worry as Cambodia has already fully established education infrastructure,in which Khmer is Constitutionaly national language. Young generatons will be integrated to be Cambodian without dicrimination of origin of birth of on other words of races.Their children will attend public schools in then learn English.
I think Vietnamese is not a threat anymore, not like in the past 200 years during which Kampuchea krom had slowly been becoming South vietnam. Now we get a very big one as ASEAN in place, with its social and economic integration program, similar to EU with no border between 10 states in a short period of time ahead, with English for interacting between them on every subjet. People within this 10 ASEAN states will be carrying ASEAN's citizen ID or passport and will spending ASEAN's dollar in the rear future, Like wise EU trades with EURO now. But every state must have to keep speaking their own orginal language. Please be accepted the Changing World. If not you will turn extremist, ultra-nationatist or seraratist.
